The Manila International Container Port, condemns Used Clothing, Expired Sanitizers and Deteriorated Disassemble Empty Cartons at the Greenleaf88 Non-Hazardous Waste Disposal in Mitla, Porac, Pampanga. The goods were seized and forfeited in favor of the government for violation of RA 9711 (FDA Act of 2009) , RA 4653 prohibits the commercial importation of used clothing and rags (commonly known as ukay-ukay) to protect public health and uphold national dignity and the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
