In the big, blue ocean, there were many ships, and on these ships were brave seafarers who worked day and night. They had a friend named Toby the Tugboat, who always watched over them.

One day, Toby noticed something strange. A fast boat named Speedy was following the ships too closely. Speedy wasn't helping; instead, he was waiting for accidents to happen so he could offer help and ask for lots of treats in return.

Toby didn't like this. He knew that helping should come from the heart, not for treats. So, Toby decided to talk to Speedy.

"Why do you chase the ships, Speedy?" asked Toby.

"I want to be the first to help and get treats!" Speedy replied.

"But helping is about caring, not treats," Toby explained. "We should help because it's the right thing to do, not to get something in return."

Speedy thought about this. He had never seen it that way. He realized that being helpful for the right reasons felt much better.

From that day, Speedy joined Toby in watching over the seafarers, not for treats, but to ensure they were safe and sound. And the seafarers knew they had true friends in Toby and Speedy, who would always be there for the right reasons.

And so, the big blue ocean became a happier place, with everyone looking out for each other, just like good friends do.
