The service area of the Maritime Recreational Safety Support Group, National Auxiliary Main Office (MARRecSAF SG, NAMO) is the entire Philippines. This is also realized with the coordination and guidance of the Philippine Coast Guard's (PCG's) Maritime Safety Service Command (MSSC) HQ, MSSC Recreational Safety Enforcement Unit and Maritime Safety Services CG8 (directly under the Commandant). ARRecSAF SG assists with the promotion and implementation of the Coast Guards Memorandum Circulars pertaining to Maritime Recreational Safety, formulates it's own plans and programs to enhance awareness and to promote Maritime Recreational Safety.
