The Institute Student Government โ€“ Legislative Department, together with the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC), presents the official consolidated results of the 2025 Federated Student Government Constitution and By-Laws Plebiscite.

After the closing of precincts and the completion of ballot counting across all Colleges, the proposed amendments and the 2025 EARIST Federated Student Government Constitution and By-Laws have been approved by the student body.

In support of the Institute Student Governmentโ€“Legislative Department (ISG-LD) and in affirmation of the Instituteโ€™s commitment to strengthening student governance, the Office enjoins all students, faculty members, subject teachers, and concerned administrative units to participate fully in the 2025 EFSG Constitution and By-Laws Presentation and Plebiscite.

โ€ข Room-to-Room Presentation: December 3โ€“7, 2025, to ensure wide dissemination and informed student engagement.
โ€ข Faculty Accommodation: Subject teachers are requested to accommodate CSG presenters conducting information drives, with respectful coordination to minimize academic disruption.
โ€ข Plebiscite Voting: December 9, 2025, 8:00 AMโ€“3:00 PM, in designated classrooms within each college serving as official voting precincts.
โ€ข No Class Suspension: Regular classes shall continue during both the information dissemination and the voting period. Students are required to report to school as usual.
