📣 The First Luzon Salvador Ramos Memorial Award 2026

This award honors Past National President Kuya Salvador T. Ramos, a man who led with honor, served with heart, and never stopped mentoring fellow Eagles. Now, we honor mga Kuya who carry that same spirit. If you serve your community, lead with integrity, and strengthen brotherhood, this award is for you.

This is our way of celebrating mga Kuya who embody the very best of who we are: Leaders who serve, Brothers who unite, and mga Kuya who make a Difference. We want to recognize outstanding Eagle members, Clubs, and Regions that live by our core value: "Service Through Strong Brotherhood"

INSTALLED. SWORN IN. READY TO SERVE.

Last night at Le Pavilion, Pasay City, Eagle GILBERT B. GILLE, MD, took his Oath of Office as Chairman of the Board of TFOE-PEI.
He swore to uphold the Eagles' Constitution, the Delicadeza, and the Moral Code of Ethics, not as words to be recited, but as a life to be lived.

To National President Agaton Javier, lead with courage, clarity, and conviction. Guide our beloved fraternity toward greatness and, more importantly, toward genuine betterment.

To our new Kuya BOT Chairman Gilbert Gille, lead with wisdom, integrity, and compassion. An iron fist is needed at this point 💪🤛👊

To mga Kuya Board of Trustees, VPL, VPV, VPM, and Appointed National Officers:

This is not a crown. IT IS A CALL TO SERVE. The time for ceremony is over. The time for real work has begun, hands on, hearts in, sleeves rolled up.

The fraternity is the hero. Not the individual. Never the individual.

The Facts

Only Precinct 11 (OFW & Ceniza Group) is affected.

The re-election is only for the undeclared winners /positions.

All other positions are already declared winners, have overwhelming, insurmountable leads that this re-election will NOT change.

This is a surgical clean-up, not a political earthquake. The committee isolated the mess, fixed it, and left the clear majority of winners untouched.

The process is clear. The declared winners stand. The re-election fixes a specific problem WITHOUT DISRUPTING THE OVERALL OUTCOME.

So let's just get it on and move on. No drama. No delay. Let the affected precinct vote clean, finalize the remaining positions, and unite behind the brotherhood's clear mandate.
