is the prime supporter of thePhilippine General Hospital (PGH) Department of Pediatrics was established in 1992 to support the patients of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) Department of Pediatrics, mainly through the acquisition of resources for medicines, medical supplies, and equipment. In view of the lack of funds of the government, the consultants and alumni of the PGH Department of Pedia

trics and the University of the Philippines College of Medicine established the foundation, which over time has established linkages with other donors, such as corporations, to continue to meet the evolving needs of pediatric patients.
