To provide an efficient and effective nutrition programs and services through a collaborative effort of the city and other stakeholders

An order directing that the Office of Nutrition Services will serve as the Secretariat of the Committee. To execute the nutrition policies, programs, projects and decisions of the committee; coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN).
