CDR HERNANDEZ PCGโ€™s thesis for the Master of Science in Maritime Education and Training, entitled "Financial Literacy and Economic Empowerment of PCG Personnel: Basis for a Financial Autonomy Training Course", was recognized for its academic excellence, relevance, and potential impact on the organization. Her work exemplifies dedication to scholarly research, commitment to excellence, and a passion for developing practical and meaningful solutions that contribute to the welfare and professional growth of PCG personnel.

The award will be formally conferred during the PMMA Commencement Exercises this July.
