The RJJWC-NCR continuously provide Orientation on the Utilization of Juvenile Justice Management Information System (JJMIS) for the duty bearers.

JJMIS is a web-based system designed to support the proper implementation of RA 9344 as amended. It gathers data of Child-At-Risk and Children In Conflict with the Law from multiple organizations.

The orientation was attended by the Social Workers from Pasay City Youth Home, Makati Youth Home and Mandaluyong City Bahay Pag-Asa on June 3, 2026 via online platform.

Pinangunahan ni Atty. Ramon Antonio C. Sabinorio ng PAO Manila District Office at RJJWC-NCR Vice-Chairperson ang pagbisita sa San Juan City Bahay Pag-Asa (BPA) nitong ika-2 ng Hunyo 2026.

Kinamusta ang kalagayan ng mga residente at ang pagsunod ng nasabing pasilidad sa pamantayang tinalaga ng DSWD at JJWC.

Pinatunayan naman nina Bb. Fannie D. Herrera at Bb. Anna Luz Talde ng BPA ang kanilang pagtalima sa mga alituntunin sa pamamagitan ng mga ipinakitang mga dokumento.

Kapansin pansin ang malinis at maayos na pasilidad sa pag-iikot ng mga miyembro, gayundin ang air-conditioned na kwarto ng mga residente.

Kasama ring nakapanayam ng komite si Bb. Krishna Mei A. Salazar, Head ng CSWDO San Juan at ibinahagi ang ilan pang mga ginagawa sa pasilidad para maisaayos ang kapakanan ng mga bata.

Kabilang ang mga kinatawan mula sa NCRPO, CHR at DSWD ang miyembro ng monitoring team.

Today, the RJJWC-NCR visited San Juan City Jails.

SJO1 Rodriguez and JO2 Roxas of Female Dorm, and JO1 Belwa and JO1 De Leon of Male Dorm were interviewed by committee members.

Atty. Ramon Antonio C. Sabinorio of PAO Manila District Office shared his idea to conduct Focused Group Discussion (FGD) with jail officers as part of the monitoring visit which was agreed by NCRPO, CHR and DSWD representatives. FGD aims a better understanding and awareness on Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act.

​"Malaking karangalan para sa CHR-NCR na makasama kayo sa bawat hakbang ng paglalakbay na ito. Napapanahon at puno ng kahulugan ang ating tema ngayong taon: Katarungan, Kalinga at Kuwento ng Pag-Asa.

​Sa loob ng dalawang dekada, ang JJWA ay patunay ng ating pangako na protektahan at itaguyod ang karapatan ng bawat bata. Sa ating pagtutulungan, ipinapakita natin na ang tunay na katarungan ay ang paggabay at pagkalinga sa mga kabataan na nagbibigay sa kanila ng pagkakataong magbago at bumangon muli.

​Ang bawat kuwento ng pag-asa na nabubuo sa ating rehiyon ay tagumpay nating lahat. Kaya naman sa milestone na ito, patuloy na pinagtitibay ng CHR-NCR ang pakikipagtulungan sa buong miyembro ng konseho. Ipagpatuloy natin ang pagiging boses at gabay ng kabataang Pilipino."

The RJJWC-NCR visited Pasay City Youth Home to monitor their compliance provided in the Republic Act 10630 entitled "An Act Strengthening the Juvenile Justice System in the Philippines."

Ms. Estela Bogate-Azas, Center Manager of the facility shared their programs and services as well as their interventions provided to the residents.

Likewise, Ms. Gina G. Gono, Social Worker and Ms. Mylah Rosalejos, Psychologist, presented case folders and other documents for review of the committee members.

Atty. Ramon Antonio C. Sabinorio of PAO Manila District Office and RJJWC-NCR Vice-Chairperson together with NCRPO and CHR representatives provided their technical inputs in handling and managing cases of CICL.

Nakapanayam ng komite sina JCInsp Jean Olive Unciano, JO1 Jamir at JO1 Duanan ng female dorm at sina JO3 Bulalacao, JO3 Vijuan at JO2 Alisbo ng male dorm. Naibahagi nila ang kanilang pagsunod patungkol sa Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act.

Nagbigay naman ng dagdag kaalaman si Atty. Ramon Antonio C. Sabinorio ng PAO Manila District Office at RJJWC-NCR Vice-Chairperson, gayundin ang mga kinatawan ng Commission on Human Rights at National Capital Region Police Office.
