What is KAMPIL? The Kalipunan ng Masang Pilipino (Federation of Filipino Masses) or KAMPIL is a duly-registered non-stock, non-profit national socio-political organization which was founded in Manila on September 14, 2012. Its main headquarters are based in the National Capital Region (NCR) while establishing other regional and local offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. It also maintains strong
alliance with other sectoral organizations and multisectoral groups with common or shared ideals and principles. What are the objectives of KAMPIL?
• Propagate Filipinism based on the three fundamental characteristics of a Filipino: Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao at Maka-Bayan.
• Empower the marginalized sectors and enable them to actively and productively participate in different societal concerns and work with the government in pushing pro-poor reforms.
• Help in creating livelihood and employment opportunities in the rural and urban areas that will help promote national industrialization and agricultural development.
• Advocate for a comprehensive land use and urban development program that will address the shelter and housing needs of the marginalized sectors particularly the poor urban settlers.
• Campaign for a sustainable and realistic agricultural program that shall ensure food security among Filipinos particularly the poor.
• Push for legislations and programs that shall guarantee the right of youth for quality and affordable education.
• Support policies and programs that will ensure social justice and equitable wealth distribution and economic opportunities.
• Defend the Constitution of the Republic at all times, and abide by the laws promulgated by the duly constituted authority.
