​Isang mapagpalang araw sa ating lahat!
​Malugod naming ibinabalita ang pagbisita ng Mahal na Birhen ng Manaoag sa ating pasilidad. Ang Welcome Rites ay pinangunahan ni Rev. Fr. Mario Botial, habang ang pagdarasal naman ng Santo Rosario ay pinangunahan ng ating butihing Hospital Director, Dr. Grace Padilla.

​Hanggang kailan ang pagbisita?
Mananatili ang Mahal na Birhen sa ating ospital hanggang Enero 30, 2026.

CHRIST THE KING SUNDAY

​A Prayer of Acknowledgment and Consecration.

​Christ Jesus, I acknowledge You to be the King of the universe; all that has been made has been created for You. Exercise over me all Your sovereign rights.
​I hereby renew the promises of my Baptism, renouncing Satan and all his glamour and works, and I promise from this moment to lead a truly Christian life. In particular, I commit to bringing about the triumph of the rights of God and Your Church.
​Divine Heart of Jesus, I offer You my poor actions so that every heart may acknowledge Your Sacred Kingly Power. May the Kingdom of Your peace be firmly established throughout all the earth. Amen.

Benedictine and mystic writer; born in Germany, 6 Jan., 1256; died at Helfta, near Eisleben, Saxony, 17 November, 1301 or 1302. Nothing is known of her family, not even the name of her parents. It is clear from her life (Legatus, lib. I, xvi) that she was not born in the neighbourhood of Eisleben. When she was but five years of age she entered the alumnate of Helfta.

Blessed to belong to a Church that upholds genuine freedom—no pressure, no coercion, only Christ’s call to choose truth.

In a time when so many groups pressure people, “Attend this rally,” “Vote for this person,” “Support our side”—we’re blessed that the Catholic Church chooses a different way. The Church doesn’t force us. No forced votes. No forced rallies. No forcing anyone to take a political side.

Why?
Because real freedom comes from God.
And God never forces Himself on anyone.

The Church simply guides, reminds, and teaches, but it never controls. It respects our conscience, our dignity, and our ability to choose what is right.

That’s why we’re grateful.
Grateful that our faith doesn’t push us to follow a politician, but to follow Christ.
Grateful that we’re encouraged to think, discern, and choose with a free and honest heart.
Grateful that truth is taught, not imposed.

And so the challenge is simple but real:
Since the Church gives us freedom, how do we use it?
Do we stand for truth?
Do we reject corruption?
Do we choose what is right even when it’s hard?

May we use our freedom the way Christ calls us to, with integrity, courage, and love for the truth.
Amen.

Prayer for Typhoon Uwan
Heavenly Father, we lift up all who are in the path of or have been affected by Typhoon Uwan.
​We ask for Your divine protection, keeping families safe from harm and damage. Calm the winds and the waters, and grant strength to first responders and aid workers.
​For those who have lost much, bring comfort, courage, and swift assistance. May hope prevail over fear, and may communities unite to rebuild and recover.
​Amen.
