The forefront bearer of social democracy in the university since 1992. By the blessings of the year 1992, wherein Lakas ng Diwang Tomasino was established on our dearest University of Santo Tomas by virtue and wisdom being granted by our Lord;

ories, will build a central student political party that shall embody our visions and missions to the University, shall always act within the wisdom and strength of the true Thomasian spirit, protect the students’ rights and welfare, represent the peaceful way and principles of social democracy bound within the core values of authentic humanism, develop harmonious relationships between the students, administration and society for more active participation in social, cultural and political development of this country nurtured within the rule of law and regime of truth, justice, freedom, solidarity, equality, hope, faith, strength, and peace with love of Thomasian values, do form this political party.
