𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The DILG BFP–Negros Island Region, under the servanthood of Acting Regional Director 𝗙𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗬 𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗘, welcomed the Pastoral Visit of REV. FR. (FSSUPT) GIL ROCHAR P DULAY, Chief, Chaplain Service, BFP National Headquarters, at the Regional Headquarters in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

The pastoral visit highlighted the Bureau's commitment to the holistic development of its personnel by promoting spiritual, moral, and emotional well-being. A Holy Mass was celebrated for Roman Catholic officers and personnel, while non-Catholic personnel were likewise encouraged to join the gathering as a manifestation of unity, solidarity, and mutual support, with full respect for their respective religious beliefs and practices.

Through this meaningful activity, BFP-NIR reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a workplace anchored on integrity, service, compassion, and fellowship, recognizing that strong values and spiritual resilience are essential in empowering personnel to carry out the Bureau's mission of protecting lives, safeguarding property, and serving communities with honor and excellence.

The Bureau of Fire Protection – Negros Island Region (BFP NIR) conducted its traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Regional Office, bringing together personnel in a solemn display of patriotism, unity, and dedication to public service. The ceremony served as an opportunity to reaffirm the organization's commitment to its mandate while preparing for another week of responsive and efficient service to the communities of the Negros Island Region.

In his message, Acting Regional Director FSSUPT GERRY G. BERTE reflected on the significant accomplishments and activities carried out by the region during the previous week, recognizing the collective efforts of BFP personnel in advancing the bureau's programs and initiatives. He also emphasized that "Obedience Fuels Discipline," reminding everyone that adherence to lawful orders, organizational policies, and the core values of the Bureau remains the foundation of professionalism, operational excellence, and effective public service.
