Barangay Tupas

From our hearts, thank you, President Ferdinand “BongBong” R. Marcos Jr. ❤️

Led by our Punong Barangay Hon. Ranila Saycon, Members of the Barangay Council are so grateful for the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Scholarship Program.

This isn’t just money — this is hope. For many of our students, this is the push they really needed to keep going, to believe they can finish school, and to build a good life for their families. It means the world to them.

And to you, Mr. President: thank you for investing in our youth. Your kindness will surely change lives. We appreciate you more than we can say. ❤️
