The Panagduaw Symposium was successfully conducted on March 25, 2026, at Brgy. Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The activity was spearheaded by the Local Youth Development Office, in coordination with the SK Council and Barangay Council of Brgy. Dahilayan. 🤝🤝

The symposium was held in collaboration with MDRRMO, POPDEV Office, MNAO, MHO, MAO, MENRO, and Elevate-MF. It aimed to raise awareness among the youth and community on key issues such as disaster preparedness, health, environment, agriculture, and population development.

Participants actively engaged in discussions and learning sessions facilitated by partner agencies. The event strengthened collaboration among stakeholders and empowered the youth with knowledge and skills beneficial to community development. 🫶🫶

The Panagduaw Symposium was successfully conducted through the collaborative efforts of MDRRMO, POPDEV Office, MNAO, MHO, and Elevate-MF. The activity was led by the Local Youth Development Office and coordinated by the SK Council, Barangay Council of Brgy. Kalugmanan, and Kalugmanan Integrated School teachers. 🤝🤝

The symposium aimed to promote youth awareness on health, disaster preparedness, mental wellness, and responsible citizenship. Participants, mostly youth from the barangay, actively engaged in discussions and interactive sessions.

Overall, the activity strengthened community collaboration and empowered the youth with knowledge and skills essential for personal development and community resilience. 🫶🫶

On February 26, 2026, the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) successfully conducted Panagduaw 2.0 in Barangay Mampayag, bringing together various municipal offices to address pressing community concerns and strengthen grassroots collaboration.

This meaningful initiative was made possible in partnership with the Barangay Council and SK Council of Brgy. Mampayag, highlighting the power of unity between the youth and local leadership.

Panagduaw 2.0 gathered representatives from the Municipal Nutrition Action Office (MNAO), Municipal Health Office (MHO), Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO), Population Development Office (POPDEV), Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and Values Formation Office. Each office shared vital information and programs addressing current issues affecting the community — from health and nutrition, disaster preparedness, environmental protection, responsible parenthood, to values development.

The activity served as a platform for open dialogue, awareness-building, and collaborative action — empowering residents, especially the youth, to become proactive partners in community development.

Together, we continue to build a stronger, informed, and resilient Mampayag!

The Refresher Course on Financial Transactions for the Sangguniang Kabataan, held on February 27–28 at Dreams Residence, served as a significant capacity-building activity for SK officials aimed at strengthening their competence in financial governance and accountability. The seminar was facilitated by Nestor Tabaco, CPA, former Municipal Accountant, who shared his expertise and practical insights on financial management, particularly on the proper handling of financial transactions, documentation, and compliance with government regulations.
The training was organized to deepen the knowledge and enhance the practical skills of Sangguniang Kabataan officials in managing public funds responsibly. This initiative is especially timely as the SK Federation of Manolo Fortich continues its progress toward 100% financial independence, with 20 barangays already completing the Financial Independence Requirement. Through this refresher course, SK leaders were equipped with the necessary financial management tools and practical understanding to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability in implementing youth programs and projects in their respective barangays.
The activity underscores the commitment of the SK Federation to promote good governance and to empower young leaders with the competence required to responsibly manage public resources for the benefit of the youth and the community.

Panagduaw 2.0 successfully held at Sankanan National High School, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon on February 11 2026, with 78 Grade 12 participants actively engaging in a day filled with awareness and informative discussions.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the collaboration of MNAO, LDRRMO, MHO, POPDEV, MAO, MENRO, and ELEVATE-MF, and was conducted by the Local Youth Development Office together with the SK Council of Brgy. Sankanan, Sankanan NHS Teachers, and the Brgy. Sankanan Council.

PANAGDUAW 2.0 | January 28, 2026
📍 Dicklum Elementary School

Panagduaw 2.0 was successfully conducted at Dicklum Elementary School with the goal of strengthening awareness, prevention, and values formation among students. This meaningful activity served as a platform to educate the youth on important social, health, environmental, and safety concerns through the strong collaboration of various municipal offices.

The students were oriented on food safety and proper nutrition through the Municipal Nutrition Action Office (MNAO), HIV awareness and prevention led by the Municipal Health Office (MHO), environmental protection and care for nature facilitated by MENRO, and farmers’ information, technology, and agricultural services shared by the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO). In addition, the LDRRMO conducted a session on CPR and basic life-saving techniques, while POPDEV discussions focused on teenage pregnancy and pressing youth issues, promoting responsible decision-making among the learners. The activity was further enriched by Values Formation and worship to God, nurturing the spiritual and moral development of the students.

This activity was conducted by the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) in close coordination with the SK Barangay Dicklum and the Dicklum Barangay Council, whose support and made the program possible. Together, they continue to prepare young individuals to become informed, disciplined, and socially responsible members of the community.
