In celebration of the holiday season, members of the RPSB Team headed by PLT GARY M PALAÑA, R-PSB Team Leader, under the direct supervision of PCOL SONNIE B OMENGAN, organized a heartwarming house-to-house visitation, spreading Christmas cheer and strengthening ties with the community. Officers visited families, delivering small gifts for those in need.

Members of the RPSB Team, headed by PLT GARY M PALAÑA, R-PSB Team Leader, and under the direct supervision of PCOL SONNIE B. OMENGAN, PD, NSPPO, responded to a vehicular incident at Barangay Naparasan, Mapanas, Northern Samar. All involved persons were transported to the Rural Health Unit (RHU-Mapanas) for immediate medical assistance.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) advises the public to exercise caution and strictly observe proper road safety measures while driving to help prevent similar incidents.

As the Christmas season approaches, the R-PSB Team Naparasan, led by PLT GARY M. PALAÑA, Team Leader, under the direct supervision of PCOL SONNIE B. OMENGAN, Provincial Director of NSPPO, demonstrated genuine compassion and dedication to public service by providing immediate assistance to a woman in labor.

A pregnant woman who was experiencing difficulty and about to give birth was promptly assisted by the team. She was immediately attended to and safely transported to the Rural Health Unit (RHU-Mapanas) to receive proper medical care.

This act of kindness proves that our police officers are not only law enforcers but also public servants who are always ready to help those in need. The incident became even more meaningful during the Christmas season, a time when the spirit of love, compassion, and unity is most evident.

Also present in the assembly is Ms. Sheryl R. Arcales, MLGOO; PNP personnel from Mapanas MPS.

Barangay Assembly aims to give the people in the community a direct voice in local governance and ensure that government decisions truly reflect their needs and priorities.

The activity commenced with a parade composed of pupils wearing outfits that showcases the different Nations they have chosen to represent. This activity encourages the participants to value peace regardless the race, religion, color and beliefs of people as a symbol of hope for global unity.
