We encourage everyone to remain calm, vigilant, and informed. Please follow official announcements and instructions from the university and concerned authorities. Avoid spreading unverified information, but remember:

IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.

Report any suspicious or concerning activity through the proper channels. Your awareness and timely reporting can help protect our community.

Preparedness also matters. Everyone is encouraged to have their own personal medical kit with basic essentials that may be needed during an emergency. Being prepared allows us to respond more responsibly when unexpected situations arise.

Please take the emergency contact information to heart. Save the numbers on your phone and make sure you know whom to contact should an emergency occur.

Most importantly, do not put yourself or others at unnecessary risk. Follow official safety instructions, stay aware of your surroundings, and prioritize your safety and the safety of those around you.

Resilience begins with preparedness, vigilance, and looking out for one another.

In celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month, Central Mindanao University partners with the Philippine Red Cross – Bukidnon Chapter to host a Mobile Blood Donation Activity!

Disaster preparedness goes beyond planning—it starts with ensuring our community has a safe, adequate blood supply when emergencies strike.

Theme: Donate Blood Today. Be Ready for Emergencies Tomorrow.
When: August 13, 2026 @ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: OSAS Hall
Target: At least 30 voluntary donors

Who can donate?

All qualified and medically fit faculty, staff, and members of the CMU community are strongly encouraged to participate. College Deans, Directors, and Unit Heads are requested to help disseminate this information and encourage participation within their units.
