Today, July 29, 2026, at the Women and Peace Center, New Capitol Complex, Marawi City, the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur, through the Provincial Gender and Development (PGAD) Office, together with the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) โ Division of Lanao del Sur I, successfully conducted the program on the "๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ 44 ๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐."
The program opened with an invocation led by Mr. Saadoden Macabuat, one of our dedicated AKAP Learning Facilitators, followed by a short message from Ms. Alliah K. Lucman, PGAD Focal Person, who reaffirmed the province's continuing support for the program.
This was followed by an inspiring message from Dr. Boniarah Usngan Mustapha, AKAP Focal Person / EPS for Lanao del Sur I, who highlighted the vital role of the learning facilitators in ensuring that Bangsamoro children continue to receive quality education.

The highlight of the program was the official distribution of the transportation and gasoline allowance to the 44 AKAP Learning Facilitators, witnessed by Mr. Haron Montay, Disbursement Officer, as part of the Provincial Government's continuing response to the operational needs of our frontline educators.
This stands as a clear testament to the steadfast commitment of the administration of Governor Dr. Mamintal "Bombit" Alonto Adiong Jr. and Vice Governor Mohammad Khalid "Mujam" Raki-in Adiong toward advancing accessible and inclusive education for every Bangsamoro household.
