I had the privilege of participating in the 34th National Convention of the Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines (PBMLP) held at Manila Hotel from March 1–5, 2026, together with my fellow Board Members from Lanao del Sur.

The convention was a great opportunity to engage in meaningful legislative discussions, share best practices, and gain a broader national perspective on the local issues we face. It was also a chance to connect and build camaraderie with fellow board members from different provinces.

Grateful for the experience and the opportunity to continue learning and serving our people better.

BM Edmund Capal, together with the other public officials of the Province of Lanao del Sur, is truly honored to have witnessed the 2025 GUSI Peace Prize International held on November 25–26 in Manila, Philippines.

We are especially proud that our very own Provincial Governor, Dr. Mamintal “Bombit” A. Adiong, Jr., was recognized as one of this year’s distinguished awardees at the 40th GUSI Peace Prize International.

His unwavering dedication to peace, public service, and the betterment of our communities continues to inspire us all.

It was a privilege to be part of this meaningful event, celebrating leaders who make a positive impact on society.
