๐Ÿ“ŒSecond Lecture: The Rules on Administrative Cases of the Civil Service (RACCS) was lectured by ๐€๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐Œ๐จ๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐˜๐ฎ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฉ๐ก ๐Œ๐š๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ฉ.

The learning session equipped guests and participants with knowledge regarding the norms of conduct, duties, obligations, work transparency, incentives and rewards, prohibited acts and their penalties, and the responsibilities of being a government employee. Furthermore, participants learned about administrative structures, powers, rules governing appointments, modes of discipline, and due process, outlining how the Philippine bureaucracy is structured, operated, and maintained.
