MSU 65TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY | PEACE MURAL PAINTING PROJECT

The MSU Property Division, in collaboration with MSU OKIR and the Campus Cleanliness and Landscape Management Committee (CCLMC), served as facilitators of the Peace Mural Project held today, August 24, 2026, at Princess Lawanen Hall, MSU Main Campus.

The occasion was graced by MSU System President Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, CPA, and his better half, Botanical Garden President Potre Maamor Sittie Norhaya Ambor Tago, CPA, who joined university officials, student artists, and members of the MSU community in celebrating this meaningful initiative.

The project transformed a simple space into a canvas for peace, unity, harmony, and hope, allowing creativity to become a meaningful expression of the University’s commitment to peace.

The activity was facilitated through the collaborative efforts of MSU OKIR, MSU Property Division, and CCLMC, with Omar M. Biston, Head of the MSU Property Division, among those who helped facilitate the successful conduct of the activity. This is an initiative of the Office of the President and MSU-Botanical Garden Society.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 | August 10, 2026

The Property Inspectors conducted an inspection of the newly purchased laboratory items at the 𝗖𝗡𝗦𝗠 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 as part of the Property Office’s regular function. The inspection was conducted to check and verify the condition, quantity, and specifications of the newly purchased items and ensure that they were properly received and accounted for.

This activity also helps promote accountability, transparency, and proper management of University properties.
