📢 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | ASEAN Youth Leadership Conference
Through the National Youth Commission of the Philippines and in conjunction with Malaysia Chairmanship of ASEAN 2025. The Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS) will be organizing ASEAN Youth Leadership (AYLC) 2025 under the theme “Next-Gen Leadership: Leading with Inclusivity and Sustainability” that highlights the importance of cultivating young leaders with strong values and future-ready skills, focusing on integrity, inclusive and sustainable impact in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The programme seeks to equip participants with the essential competencies for cross-cultural collaboration and global leadership roles through experiential learning, digital literacy, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

✅Qualifications of Youth Delegates:
- Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines;
- Single, 18-30 years old;
- Applicants must have qualifications:
• Young leader from a non-governmental organization
• Young leader from the corporate sector
• Student leader who advocates Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- YORP members are welcome to apply;
- Has a good command of written and spoken English;
- Has a valid passport;
- Vaccinated with anti-COVID vaccine with 1 booster shot;
- Must be able to attend & participate during the pre-departure orientation and program proper.
📝Requirements:
1. Fill out the NYC International Programs’ Online Application Form http://bit.ly/4pyaM0v via Google form completely and accurately (avoid duplicate applications)
2. Scanned copy of PSA-issued birth certificate (upload via Google form)
3. Scanned copy of passport valid until May 19, 2026 (upload via Google form)
4. Certified true copy of latest YORP/ or any youth organization membership (upload via Google form)
5. Certification from organization/ school/ employer related to the field of education and peacebuilding
6. Updated Curriculum Vitae (upload via Google form)
👉 Organizers will provide the following:
• Roundtrip air ticket from Manila-Kuala Lumpur (vice versa).
• Accommodation and Meals during the program.
• Domestic transportation during the stay in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
✍️NOTE:
- Delegates will have to bear personal expenses, such as travel insurance, incidentals during hotel stay and mobile data charges.
- Delegates will shoulder their travel expenses from their residence (province) to NAIA and back, as well as their accommodation in Quezon City for the pre-departure orientation in NYC Central Office in Quezon City.
❌The following are automatically disqualified:
• Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs October 16, 2023 up to the present whose airfare, accommodation, and meals were paid for by the organizer;
• Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs from until October 19, 2024 up to the present whose airfare was shouldered by the participants and whose accommodation and meals were paid for by the organizer;
• Previous NYC International Programs Beneficiaries who have not submitted or completed the required post-program obligations and volunteer work hours.
• Incomplete requirements; follow up requirements would not be entertained once passed deadline.
