It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that Mamintal Disomangcop Central Elementary School announces the passing of our beloved and ever-supportive School Principal, Norhaya Imam Acmad, MAEd

Our hearts are broken by this heartbreaking news. She was not only our Principal, but also a compassionate leader, a source of strength, guidance, and inspiration to the entire MDCES family. Her kindness, understanding, and unwavering support for her teachers, learners, and the whole school community will forever remain in our hearts.

Today, our school is filled with grief. We mourn the loss of a remarkable leader whose presence brought encouragement, warmth, and hope to many of us. Her dedication and service will never be forgotten.

May Allah ﷻ forgive her shortcomings, accept all her good deeds, grant her the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus, and bless her with eternal peace and mercy.

Ipinapaalam po sa lahat ng nasa listahan ng Set 14H ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) na maaaring ihanda na po ang lahat ng kinakailangang dokumento at requirements para sa validation.

📋 Mga Kinakailangang Dokumento: Original at Photocopy

✅ Birth Certificate (ng bawat miyembro ng pamilya)
✅ Marriage Contract (Kasal o Katibayan ng Kasal)
✅ Death Certificate (para sa mga yumaong miyembro ng pamilya)
✅ PhilSys ID o anumang patunay ng PhilSys registration ng lahat ng miyembro ng pamilya
✅ School Attendance Certificate, Valid School ID, o Form 138 (Card) para sa mga nag-aaral
✅ Health Certificate para sa mga buntis at mga batang may edad 0 hanggang 5 taong gulang

📌 PAALALA:
Ihanda at kumpletuhin na po ang inyong mga requirements upang sakaling magkaroon ng validation schedule o pagpapatawag para sa validation, ay handa at kumpleto na ang lahat ng kinakailangang dokumento. Mangyari po na hintayin ang susunod na opisyal na announcement para sa eksaktong petsa, oras, at venue.
