The activity also reinforced the divisionโ€™s continuing commitment to actualize the mandate of NCMF not only through documentation and assessment, but through sincere engagement, compassionate understanding, and recognition of the sacrifices quietly carried by traditional madaris in preserving Islamic education for the Ummah despite ongoing challenges and limited resources.

The NCMF Lanao, under the leadership of Regional Director Engr. Ali M. Tabao, through the Cultural Affairs Division headed by Sittie Rahana Jhan B. Ganda, organized and mobilized operational support teams to assist examinees throughout the duration of the 2026 Special Shariโ€™ah Bar Examination. Coordination was conducted with partner agencies, local government units, and stakeholders for the provision of food assistance, health support, morale support, and logistical needs.

Personnel were assigned for onsite assistance, distribution operations, welfare monitoring, and examinee support services to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the examination activities. Continuous collaboration and communication with partner offices and volunteers were maintained until the completion of all examination operations.

What began as a responsibility soon became a shared mission carried out with compassion, sacrifice, and genuine concern for every examinee who carried not only books and notes, but also dreams, prayers, and years of perseverance.

From the earliest hours of the morning until the close of each examination day, the employees and personnel of NCMF Lanao stood together in service by assisting in coordination, logistical operations, distribution of food and refreshments, welfare monitoring, and other support services to ensure that examinees felt guided and encouraged throughout the examination period. Despite exhaustion and long hours of preparation, every effort was willingly extended with the belief that even the smallest act of assistance could help ease the burden carried by aspiring Shariโ€™ah lawyers and scholars.

The Cultural Affairs Division expresses its deepest and sincerest gratitude to the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur, under the leadership of the Honorable Governor Dr. Mamintal A. Adiong Jr., for generously providing free lunches for the examinees and support teams throughout the conduct of the examinations. This assistance reflected the provinceโ€™s continued support for its learners, scholars, and future servants of the Muslim community.

Likewise, heartfelt appreciation is extended to the Local Government Unit of Marawi City for providing energy bars and Vitamin C supplements for the examinees. These meaningful provisions demonstrated concern not only for the success of the examinees, but also for their health and well-being during one of the most mentally and emotionally demanding moments of their academic journey.

The office of Honorable Member of Parliament Khalid M. Hadji Abdullah is likewise sincerely acknowledged for the generous provision of chocolate bars distributed during the examination operations. Such thoughtful gestures brought encouragement and uplifted the morale of both examinees and volunteers, especially during moments of fatigue and anxiety.

Most importantly, this accomplishment would not have been possible without the unwavering cooperation, sacrifice, and dedication of all NCMF Lanao employees: Norhanie Mamadra, Sahlah G**o, Jamerah Lalanto, Bolawan Baunto, Sahera Pagariongan, Samia Masiding, Lalano-on Dimakuta, PD Kharima Dianalan, Mauyag D. Dimakuta, Rohaymah Dimal, Jaromir Achmad Pacasum, and Rayhan Macapado Jr., who voluntarily rendered their time, energy, patience, and effort throughout the duration of the bar operations. Many extended their service beyond office hours, sacrificing personal rest and family time to ensure that the examinees felt supported and cared for. Their dedication reflected the true spirit of public service, unity, and commitment to the welfare of the Bangsamoro community.

The 2026 Special Shariโ€™ah Bar Examination became more than an academic undertaking. It became a reflection of unity, cooperation, and collective hope โ€” proving that when institutions, leaders, and communities come together with sincere intentions, every burden becomes lighter and every dream becomes closer to reality.
