The NCMF Lanao, under the leadership of ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ. ๐๐ฅ๐ข ๐. ๐๐๐๐๐จ, and upon the concept and initiative of Chief Designate ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐๐ of the Cultural Affairs Division, formally presented the Municipal Development Convergence Portfolio for Malabang and initiated discussions toward the possible institutionalization of an NCMF-LGU convergence partnership.
A significant action taken during the engagement was the coordination and mobilization of the municipal Islamic sector. Sheik Abdulnasser Samporna, as Municipal Islamic Coordinator, together with other distinguished Islamic and municipal officials, exerted substantial effort to ensure the attendance of madrasah teachers, administrators, Islamic officials, and other stakeholders. This coordination was instrumental in giving the engagement a wider community representation and ensuring that the concerns of the madrasah sector were heard within the convergence discussion.
Their initiative demonstrated an exceptional level of local commitment. The presence of the madrasah sector was not accidental; it was the result of deliberate coordination and a shared understanding that the visit of NCMF Lanao was an important occasion for the community. Two Mandates, One Community is therefore more than the title of the activity.
