Last December 20โ€“23, 2025, the Bangsamoro Telecommunications Commission (BTC), together with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications - Office of the Deputy Minister (MOTC-ODM), held its ๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ-๐„๐ง๐ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnonโ€”a meaningful pause to reflect on what we accomplished in 2025 and to boldly plan smarter, stronger strategies for 2026.

The Bangsamoro Telecommunications Commission (BTC), led by Commissioner Atty. Abbyr A. Nul, together with Chief Engineers, Engr. Omar P. Marzoc and Engr. Fahmudin A. Salilagia attended the Public Consultation on the Draft Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Konektadong Pinoy Act (RA 12234) held on September 30, 2025, at Acacia Hotel, J.P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City.

This activity formed part of the series of consultations conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in Quezon City, Cebu, and Davao, which aim to gather inputs from stakeholders before the IRRโ€™s promulgation in December 2025.
As the regulatory and supervisory agency for telecommunications operations in the Bangsamoro Region, the BTC shared its comments and inputs on the draft IRR, reinforcing its commitment to promoting transparency and inclusivity in policies that align with national priorities on improved connectivity and digital development for the Bangsamoro people.
