❗ 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘆𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗱𝗮 𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Ang card na ito ay bahagi lamang ng sistema ng profiling at tracking ng MSSD para sa mga internally displaced persons (IDPs) — o mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng kalamidad, kaguluhan, o krisis.

❗𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗗 𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗮𝘄𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱.

📍Ano ang iPART?
Ang 𝗶𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 o 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 ay isang sistema ng MSSD para sa mas sistematikong 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽 𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀, 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗼-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗴-𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝗗𝗣 upang matukoy kung sino ang dapat unahin sa emergency response at mas maayos na maipamahagi ang tulong.

📲 Paano ito isinasagawa?
Ginagamit ang KoboCollect App para sa data collection ng iPART system at ito ay binubuo ng apat (4) na forms:

✅ Form 1 – Family Profiling
• Layunin nito ang pre-profiling ng bawat pamilya, kabilang na ang kanilang basic information, vulnerability, at current condition.
• Ito ang kasalukuyang isinasagawa.
• Hindi ito nangangahulugan ng awtomatikong benepisyo o ayuda.

✅ Form 2 – Displacement Incident Tracking
• Inilalahad dito ang sanhi ng paglikas (disaster, conflict, etc.), petsa at lokasyon, bilang ng naapektuhan, at iba pang detalye ng insidente.

✅ Form 3 – Actual Displacement Family Assessment
• Inaa-assess ang tunay na kalagayan ng pamilyang lumikas — saan sila pansamantalang nanunuluyan, anong tulong ang kailangan, at kung kailan sila ligtas nang makabalik.

✅ Form 4 – Assistance Distribution Tracking
• Isinusulat dito kung anong tulong ang ibinigay sa bawat pamilya, kailan ito natanggap, at kung sino ang nagbigay.

📌 𝐌𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀:
✔️ Ang profiling ay LIBRE.
✔️ Bukas ito sa LAHAT, kabilang ang mga may trabaho o may sinasalihang ibang programa ng gobyerno.
✔️ Layunin nitong magkaroon ng mabilisang tugon sakaling magkaroon ng emergency.
✔️ Hindi ito nangangahulugan ng agarang pamimigay ng ayuda.
✔️ Ang assessment mula sa MSSD ang magsisilbing batayan ng pamamahagi ng tulong.

📣𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐑𝐈 𝐒𝐀 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐘𝐎𝐍.
Iwasan ang pagpapakalat o paniniwala sa mga post na nagsasabing makakakuha agad ng ayuda sa simpleng pagkakaroon ng card.
Para sa lehitimong impormasyon, makipag-ugnayan lamang sa opisyal na page ng Ministry of Social Services and Development - BARMM o sa inyong Municipal Social Welfare Officer.

📌 𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐀𝐍:
Ang profiling ngayon ay paghahanda pa lamang, hindi ito katumbas ng agarang benepisyo. Ngunit kung magkaroon man ng krisis, ang datos na ito ang magiging batayan para sa mabilis at makatarungang pagtugon. (𝗔𝗝𝗔𝗠/𝗜𝗖𝗗)

MARAWI CITY, BARMM — Reinforcing its commitment to inclusive and child-focused governance, the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), in partnership with Community and Family Services International (CFSI), officially launched the Child-Friendly Feedback Mechanism Scorecard in MSSD Lanao del Sur A (LSA) and the MSSD Marawi Coordinating Office.

The launch took place on June 3, 2025, and was highlighted by a focus group discussion (FGD) in the morning and a spot-check in the afternoon. Five (5) program beneficiaries from Marawi City shared their inspiring stories, emphasizing how MSSD programs have helped uplift their lives and promote community well-being.

Deputy Minister Nur-Ainee Tan Lim led the MSSD team, joined by program focal persons from the Marawi Coordinating Office and Lanao del Sur A, headed by PSWO Yasmira Pangadapun, MPA. Representatives from key initiatives, including the Kupkop Program, also participated in the home visits to program beneficiaries to gather direct feedback and meaningful insights from the ground.

In support of the initiative, a representative from the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) also joined the home visits, reflecting a strong collaboration between regional and local social service offices in promoting child-sensitive governance.

This initiative affirms MSSD’s commitment to building transparent, inclusive, and child-sensitive social protection systems throughout the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.

𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴-𝗽𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆

LANAO DEL SUR — Kinilala ng Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) ang mahalagang papel ng mahigit 433 Child Development Workers mula sa Marawi City at mga munisipyo sa 1st District ng Lanao del Sur sa isinagawang Provincial Day Care Workers’ Summit noong June 15, 2025, sa M Bistro, Marawi City bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng BARMM Day Care Workers’ Week.

Layunin ng aktibidad na kilalanin ang mahalagang papel ng mga CDW sa maagang pangangalaga at edukasyon ng mga batang Bangsamoro, gayundin ang pagbibigay ng kaalaman, suporta, at inspirasyon sa kanilang propesyon.

Ginawaran din ng Loyalty Award ang 84 CDWs na may 15 taon o higit pa sa serbisyo. Bawat awardee ay tumanggap ng certificate of recognition bilang pagkilala sa kanilang dedikasyon sa paglilingkod sa mga bata.

Pitong (7) Child Development Centers naman ang pinarangalan dahil sa kahusayan ng pagpapatupad ng mga Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) programs. Ang bawat CDC ay nakatanggap ng Php5,000 cash incentive at certificate of recognition.

Samantala, nagpaabot naman ng pasasalamat sa MSSD at Bangsamoro Government si Emily G. Talon, isa sa mga CDW na pinarangalan mula sa Barangay Amoyong, Wao, na may halos tatlong dekada na sa serbisyo.

MARAWI CITY – The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), through its Marawi Coordinating Office (MCO), distributed cash assistance to 2,927 indigent Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur A, on May 23–24, 2025.

Each beneficiary received PHP 3,000 in cash, representing their PHP 500 monthly subsidy for the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2024.

This social intervention is part of MSSD’s Kalinga para sa may Kapansanan Program, which aims to improve the living conditions of eligible indigent persons with severe disabilities and alleviate the impact of disability on poor households.

This payout was made possible through the joint efforts of MSSD personnel and the Marawi City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) staff.

The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), through its Marawi Coordinating Office, is delivering ongoing house-to-house payouts under the Kupkop Program to 83 case-managed orphaned children in Marawi.

Each beneficiary receives PHP 30,000, representing a monthly subsidy of PHP 5,000 for six months (covering the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2024).

This financial assistance aims to support the daily needs and essential expenses of orphaned children, in line with the Kupkop Program’s mission to improve their overall well-being.

This payout was made possible through the joint efforts of the MSSD-MCO and CSWDO staff.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶 𝗜𝗗𝗣𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

In its continued effort to rebuild the lives of internally displaced persons (IDPs) displaced by the 2017 Marawi Siege, the MSSD in partnership with the BARMM-MRP, successfully concluded a new round of payouts for the Bangsamoro Sagip Kabuhayan (BSK) and Financial Assistance for Non-Kathanor programs, on May 19-22, 2025, held at the MPW Gym in Matampay, Marawi City.

Under the BSK program, 656 qualified IDPs received ₱15,000 each as livelihood support to help restore or jumpstart micro-enterprise activities of low-income and vulnerable home-based IDPs.

Meanwhile, 670 IDPs excluded from the Kathanor list received a ₱5,000 one-time cash grant, ensuring that no IDP is left behind in the recovery efforts of the BARMM government.

In addition to these, payouts for IDPs who were unable to claim their grants during the April 28 to May 1 payout were also accommodated. Under this batch, 347 IDPs received their BSK livelihood grants, while 667 IDPs completed under the one-time assistance for excluded Kathanor IDPs.

Moving forward, MSSD and BARMM-MRP are continuing their joint efforts to validate and process new eligible IDPs through house-to-house visits, cluster-based validations, and walk-in applications.

These initiatives are part of the 12-Point Priority Agenda of the BARMM Government, with MSSD at the forefront of implementing social protection programs that restore dignity, security, and livelihood for our displaced communities. (NMD/PDD)

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶 𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲

On this day, May 23, 2017 marked a turning point in Bangsamoro history. Militants linked to ISIS launched a coordinated attack on Marawi City, sparking a five-month armed conflict that displaced over 350,000 residents and left much of the city in ruins. The siege became one of the most devastating battles in the country’s recent history, testing the strength and spirit of the Bangsamoro people.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the courage of those who fought, and the resilience of a city rising from the ashes. Continuous efforts by the Bangsamoro Government, in partnership with national agencies, are underway to rehabilitate Marawi—rebuilding not just its structures, but the hope of its people—towards restoring the city to its former glory.
