Assallamu Alaikom Warahmatollahi Wabarakatoho!

Ipinapaalam po sa publiko na lahat ng claimant na kabilang sa Section 5 ng RA 11696, sa kabuuang 3,170 na claims, ang first batch o nasa 158 claim folders pa lamang ang nailipat sa NHA.

Maari po ninyong makita ang nasabing 158 claim folders sa MCB FB Page upang malaman kung kayo ay kabilang sa unang batch.

Hinihikayat po ang lahat na manatiling updated para sa susunod pang mga anunsyo ukol sa mga susunod na batch.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa at Kooperasyon.

Assalamu Alaikom Warahmatullahi Wabarakatoho!

The National Housing Authority (NHA) has officially received the First Batch of Claims or 121 folders of Marawi Siege victims falling under Section 5 of RA 11696 from Marawi Compensation Board (MCB).
The NHA is currently reviewing the said 121 folders of Marawi Siege victims to verify compliance under Section 5 of RA 11696.

At the same time, the Memorandum of Agreement between MCB and NHA for the transfer of some funds for the compensation claims of Marawi Siege victims falling under Section 5 of RA 11696 is for signature of the NHA General Manager upon approval of the Authority to sign by the NHA board along with the Terms of Reference and NHA Compensation Guidelines.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure that all procedures are properly followed in accordance with existing laws and guidelines.

Assallamu Alaikom Warahmatollahi Wabarakatoho.

We would like to inform that the Memorandum of Agreement between MCB and NHA for the transfer of some funds for the compensation claims of Marawi Siege victims falling under Section 5 of RA 11696 has already been signed by the MCB and for signature of the NHA General Manager upon approval of the Authority to sign by the NHA Board.

Further, 3,170 claims folders of Marawi Siege victims falling under Section 5 of RA 11696 are yet to be transferred by the MCB to NHA.
