𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬, 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐊𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐮, 𝐓𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢 I
The Community Healing, Reconciliation and Outreach Program was successfully conducted on May 29, 2026, at Sitio Blangas, Brgy. Kematu, T’boli, South Cotabato, benefiting residents of Sitio Blangas and neighboring sitios. The activity aimed to bring essential government services closer to geographically isolated communities while promoting peace, healing, and community development. Participating agencies included the OPSWDO, SCPH, OPHO, NDH, OPVET, OPAG, BAU, OPPO, MLGU, 2nd SCPMFC, and the 105th IB, demonstrating a strong spirit of collaboration and public service.
Various services and activities were provided during the outreach, including medical and dental check-ups, circumcision, veterinary services, mass feeding, games with prizes, and the distribution of food packs, hygiene kits, and medicines. The program also featured psychosocial support activities, orientations on the Anti-Terrorism Act and Executive Order No. 70, and testimonies from former rebels to encourage reconciliation, awareness, and lasting peace within the community. Residents warmly welcomed the initiative and expressed their gratitude for the assistance and services received, highlighting the positive impact of the collective efforts of the participating agencies.
