The SK Federation of Lgu Marcos Ilocos Norte, together with the SK Councils of all 13 barangays, is bringing you Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 with the theme "Different Contexts, Common Aspirations."

All applicants for the Outstanding Youth of Marcos are hereby informed that the deadline for the submission of requirements is until Friday, July 10, 2026 only.

𝘽𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙆 𝙎𝙆𝙒𝙀𝙇𝘼'𝙎 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙃 𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙈: 79 students have already received their Balik SKwela Cash Assistance, while the remaining 15 will be receiving theirs in the next few days—completing a total of 94 incoming college and vocational student-beneficiaries supported through the program.

Through this initiative, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lydia continues its commitment to making education more accessible by providing financial assistance to students as they begin another chapter of their academic journey. While the assistance may not cover every expense, we hope it helps ease some of the financial burden and serves as a reminder that your community believes in your potential.
