DOST-PAGASA has officially raised its ENSO Alert and Warning System to El Niño Alert, following the high likelihood of its development in the coming months and possible persistence into early 2027. This may bring drier-than-usual conditions, including dry spells and droughts in parts of the country.

However, above-normal rainfall may still be experienced over the western sections during the Habagat season.

📣 BARANGAY ANNOUNCEMENT!

Please be informed that 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠. The Municipal Water Works will be conducting cleaning and maintenance of the water reservoir/tank.

We kindly advise all residents to store enough water for your needs during this time.

Water service will resume after the maintenance work is completed.

Maayong palis sa tanan mga lumulopyo sa Barangay Guiwanon. Amo kamong gihangyo sa pagsanong sa mga panghimangno sa atong mga Disaster Unit nga aduna kita nasinati karun tungod sa bagyong Basyang kung mahimo mangandam kitang tanan sa angay natong andamon.

Among gihangyo usab nga sa pagpamoong sa mga kahoy ug magkanal sa mga possible nga maagian sa tubig.

Gidili sa pagpanagat ug pagpangaligo sa dagat karun tungod sa bagyong Basyang.
Sa mga naay pumpboat ug baroto kinahanglan ipang safety. Kinahanglan motuman kung mag force evacuation, dili na huwaton nga mokusog pa ang hangin ug uwan.
