In celebration of National CPR Day and National Disaster Resilience Month 2026, we conducted a Hands-Only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation orientation and practical demonstration, empowering participants with essential lifesaving skills that can be used during emergencies.

Together, let us promote a culture of preparedness and resilience by encouraging more individuals to learn CPR—because every second counts, and every trained bystander has the potential to save a life.

Learn the basic steps of CPR through the S.A.G.I.P. framework:
✅ S - Survey the scene and check the situation
✅ A - Assess the victim
✅ G - Get help. Call 911 or your local emergency hotline
✅ I - Initiate Compression
✅ P - Place the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) pads if available
