PREAMBLE
We, the students of the School of Healthcare Professions-Department of Nursing of the University of San Carlos, imploring the aid of the Divine Providence, aspiring to unite ourselves under one goal that of promoting our physical, intellectual and social well-being geared towards the development of our becoming professional nurses in the near future do hear by ordain and promulgate this
constitution and by laws. VISION
Junior Carolinian Nurses Organization envision a society who has the unity and collaboration among fellow Carolinian nursing body that could make a difference not just within the student body but also with the alumni and to the people in the community. MISSION
To serve the nursing body and connect with the alumni in serving people in the community. KEY OBJECTIVE
The organization shall be governed by the following key objectives:
1.1 To promote the social, moral and academic welfare of the members.
1.2 To establish, maintain and ensure harmonious relationship with the university administration, faculty and staff and other organization inside and outside campus and promote better communication and build harmonious relationship.
1.3 To encourage, develop and cultivate skills of members especially those needed in the nursing profession.
1.4 To uphold the dignity and honor of USC Department of Nursing at all times.
1.5 Develop, innovate and improve activities that will cater to the needs of the student body and with the community at large and allowholistic development.
1.6 Promote well-being and become true witnesses to the Word through our chosen profession and vocation.
