📢 PAMPUBLIKONG PAALALA

Para sa lahat ng mga negosyanteng nagbayad online para sa bagong aplikasyon at/o renewal ng kanilang Business Permit:

Ipinapaalam po na may ilang transaksyon na lumalabas sa eGovPay system ngunit ang nakasaad na status ay “expired” ang payment kahit ito ay “posted” na. Kaugnay nito, pinapayuhan ang lahat na gawin ang mga sumusunod:
1. Suriin ang inyong eLGU iBPLS account at tingnan kung ang inyong bayad ay naitala o naipakita na. Kung ang bayad ay reflected na, ito ay itinuturing nang settled o bayad na.
2. Para sa mga matagumpay na nakapagbayad ngunit hindi pa rin lumalabas ang bayad sa kanilang eLGU iBPLS account, mangyaring bumisita sa BPLO o sa Municipal Treasury Office upang kayo ay matulungan at maipaabot ang concern sa tamang payment channel.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa at pakikiisa habang inaayos at tinitiyak ang wastong pagrekord at beripikasyon ng lahat ng payments.

Effective today, February 1, 2026, all businesses that failed to fully renew their Business Permit on or before the extended deadline of January 31, 2026, pursuant to SB Resolution No. 03-01-26 dated January 19, 2026, are automatically subject to penalties and surcharges under the existing Municipal Tax Ordinance.

This includes applications filed within the extended period but with incomplete or unuploaded requirements, which are deemed not valid renewals.

Immediate compliance is required.

For assistance, please proceed to the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Building, without delay.

➕ 25% surcharge

📌 Alinsunod sa Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 03-01-26, na pinagtibay noong Enero 19, 2026.

📍 Hinihikayat ng LGU Mandaon ang lahat ng negosyante na mag-comply nang maaga upang maiwasan ang mga penalties.

PAUNAWA MULA SA BPLO MANDAON 📢

Ipinababatid ng BPLO Mandaon sa lahat ng may-ari ng negosyo na may maling petsa na nakasaad sa Tax Order of Payment na ipinadala sa kani-kanilang email noong unang dalawang (2) linggo.

Ang petsang Hunyo 31, 2026 na nakasaad sa abiso ay hindi tama.
👉 Ang tamang takdang petsa ng pagbabayad na walang penalty at surcharge ay Enero 31, 2026.

Pagkatapos ng nasabing petsa, ang mga karampatang penalty (2% kada buwan) at surcharge (25%) ay ipapataw alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran.

Humihingi kami ng paumanhin sa anumang kalituhang maaaring idinulot nito at hinihikayat ang lahat na makipag-ugnayan sa BPLO Mandaon para sa karagdagang paglilinaw.

How to Apply & Pay Online for a Business Permit

Step 1. Go to browser type - https://bpbc.ibpls.com/mandaonmasbate/ ( Fill up required fields and submit )

Step 2. Verification - Application review, verification and endorsement Compliance.

Step 3. Assessment - Tax Order of Payment (TOP) is sent to applicant’s email.

Step 4. Payment via GCash

> Open GCash App
> Select Pay Bills
> Choose Government
> Search Mandaon
> Select Municipality of Mandaon
> Input Amount
> Select Payment Type
> Write Full Name of Payor
> Input Payment Type Reference Number
For Real Property Tax - 54110000001
For Business Permit - 54110000002
For Others - 54110000003
> Input Contact Number
> Input Email Address

After filling out all required fields, click submit. The system will notify the Treasury personnel about your payment and you may then proceed to Step 5.

Step 5. Receipt Issuance - Official Receipt will then be attached to Business Permit.
