The Municipal Government of Masiu extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of 𝗛𝗮𝗱𝗷𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗵𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗺𝘂𝗴 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀.

With prayers and profound sorrow, we honor her meaningful life and cherished memory. May Allah (SWT) forgive her shortcomings, grant her eternal peace, and admit her to Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Municipal Government of Masiu informs all residents, landowners, and concerned constituents that the Office of the Provincial Assessor of Lanao del Sur will conduct the 1st and 2nd Public Consultation on the 2026 Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV).

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲: June 2–3, 2026
𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲: Provincial Gymnasium, New Capitol Complex, Buadi Sacayo, Marawi City

Ang Schedule of Market Values (SMV) ay ginagamit bilang basis sa assessment at valuation ng lands, buildings, at other real properties sa lalawigan.

Residents and property owners are encouraged to participate in the consultation at suriin ang proposed SMV bilang bahagi ng pagsusulong ng transparency at proper property valuation.

Pinangunahan ni Hon. Romil Guiling ang Ceremonial Turnover of Loose Fi****ms under the SALW Management Program noong May 12, 2026 sa Masiu Municipal Gymnasium.

The activity was attended by Brigadier General Billy O. Dela Rosa, Lieutenant Colonel Mark Francis N. Garcia, First Lieutenant Jerard F. Guardian, and Police Major Knievel P. Salem.

This initiative highlights strong collaboration among the LGU of Masiu, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, and the community in promoting peace, security, and unity.

A step toward a safer and more peaceful Masiu, built on trust, dialogue, and cooperation.
