July 7, 2026 | Tumatanggap na ang Opisina ng Municipal Civil Registrar ng mga aplikante para sa Kasalan sa Fiesta 2026. Ito ay gaganapin sa taunang Fiesta ng Bayan ng Matalam sa Disyembre. Handog ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Matalam sa pamumuno ni Mayor Oscar M. Valdevieso, na nag lalayon na mabigyan ng legal na pagkilala ang pagsasama ng mga magkaparehang Matalameño na matagal nang nagsasama bilang mag-asawa ngunit hindi pa naikasal. Gaya ng dati, libre po ang lahat mula sa Cenomar, Sing-sing, Aras, Wine, Cake at konting salu-salo pagka tapos ng seremonya.

Sa mga interesado kumpletuhin lamang po ang mga requirements at mag palista sa aming opisina.

Ito po ang mga requirements:

1. Residente ng Matalam na 18 years old pataas
2. Birth Certificate ng mga aplikante, at ng mga anak (kung meron)
3. Barangay Certification- (signed by Punong Barangay) Purpose: for Marriage License Application
4. Parents of applicants 18 to 25 years old (mag dala ng Cedula at ID)
5. Kung Balo – Death Certificate ng asawa
6. Valid IDs – halimbawa: National ID, Voter's ID, etc.

Ano man ang format ng iyong National ID—physical card, on paper (ePhilID), o digital copy—VALID at ACCEPTED ‘yan!
Siguraduhing ligtas at maayos ang iyong ID dahil ito ay mahalaga sa iba’t ibang transaksyon tulad ng pagkuha ng serbisyo sa gobyerno, pagbubukas ng bank account, at iba pa.

Libreng Registro Para sa Matalameño

Per Resolution No. 084 Series of 2026, of the Sangguniang Bayan under the leadership of Hon. Cheryl V. Catamco, RN hereby granted the request of the Municipal Civil Registrar, Trinidad T. Butardo, as noted and approved by the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Oscar M. Valdevieso to conduct Free Civil Registration Services, in Celebration of the 36th Civil Registration Month this (February 2026) with the theme, Navigating the Future Together: Advancing Civil Registration Vital Statistics in Shaping the Global and Regional Data Ecosystem.

In connection with this, we would like to inform the Matalameños that the office is now conducting the “Free February Civil Registration 2026”, which covers the following:

1. Free Issuance of Certified Local Copies of Birth, Marriage and Death Certificate.
2. Free On Time and Delayed Registration fees for qualified residents.
3. Free Filing Fees for Petitions under R.A. 9048 and R.A. 10172 (Corrections of Clerical Errors/ change of First Name with Certificate of Indigency).
4. Free Registration of Legal Instruments (e.g. Affidavit of Legitimation, Acknowledgement- subscribed by a lawyer).
