Requirements for National ID registration:
👉0-4 years old - original birth certificate PSA/LCR accompanied by parent/guardian na may national id
👉5 above- original birth certificate PSA/LCR, marriage certificate if married or any valid ID's.

👉If wala pong mga documents. Pwede po Brgy. Certification indicating your Fullname, date of birth and with picture .
👉They also cater issuance of National ID in paper form just bring your claim stab.
