Today, we pause to honor and remember the dedication, leadership, and service of our former Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairpersons, Sanito H. Donaire and Mel Duvan E. Peregrino.

Their years of service were more than positions heldโ€”they were a testament to their commitment to the youth and the community. Through their leadership, they shared their time, effort, ideas, and passion in creating opportunities and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

To Sanito H. Donaire, thank you for the foundation you helped build, the challenges you faced with courage, and the service you wholeheartedly gave to the youth.

To Mel Duvan E. Peregrino, thank you for continuing the spirit of youth leadership, for your dedication to the community, and for the contributions that became part of our SK's journey.

Their leadership may have come to an end, but the legacy of service they left behind continues to inspire. The programs, lessons, relationships, and memories they helped create will remain part of our community's story.

As we move forward, we carry with us the values they demonstrated: service without hesitation, leadership with purpose, and commitment to the youth and the community.
