In line with the People's Administration's 10-point agenda, M.A.T.I.F.O.R.A.L.L., Mayor Joel Mayo Almario announced the upcoming launch of the TrabaWHO App on June 18, 2026, during the Employers' Forum and Ceremonial MOA Signing at Adelina Hotel. The platform aims to bring job opportunities directly to Matinians, making employment more accessible while helping employers connect with qualified workers. The event also highlighted the strengthened partnership among government agencies, employers, and job placement offices in expanding employment opportunities throughout the city.

In response to the continuous rise in fuel costs, the People's Administration has taken proactive steps by temporarily switching off selected traffic lights. This initiative aims to conserve energy while helping reduce fuel consumption for motorists, including pedicab drivers and daily commuters. LOOK: In support of Fire Prevention Month, the ICT Office joined for the preparation for the BFP TAKBO LABAN PARA SA SUNOG, organized by the Bureau of Fire Protection for the kick off the the month-long observation of Fire Prevention Month 2026.
