BFP-Davao Oriental stands in full readiness to implement OPLAN KALULUWA 2025. All BFP operating units within the province are ready to ensure a safe and secure observance of Undas 2025.

The Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal ensures that all available BFP resources are mobilized for deployment. Every fire station conducts rekorida campaigns on fire safety and prevention, sets up motorist assistance desks in partnership with local government units, and conducts random ocular inspections in key areas. In addition, continuous weather monitoring and the activation of First Aid Service Teams at strategic locations, such as terminals and cemeteries, are conducted to ensure an immediate response to any emergency.

FSUPT JOYCELYN HERNAEZ-GRANT, Provincial Fire Marshal under the guidance of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. BFP-Davao Oriental remains vigilant and fully operational, demonstrating its commitment to public safety and preparedness for any untoward incident during this significant observance.

SCAM ALERT! | The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 11 warns the public against scammers who are using the name of the Regional Director, FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC to make it appear that he is the one placing orders or soliciting donations. Please be advised that the Regional Director has no knowledge, does not tolerate and condones these fraudulent activities.

A scammer has been reported using different cellphone numbers while pretending to be a member of BFP. This individual place fake food orders and other non-food orders and asks for donations, or carries out other deceitful acts under the bureau’s name.

The BFP does NOT authorize the use of its name for personal gain and does NOT place orders or solicit donations through text or phone calls.
The public is strongly advised to:
• Verify the identity of anyone placing an order before delivery.
• Avoid responding to suspicious calls or messages.
• Report immediately any unusual activity/ies to the nearest fire station using official hotline numbers.

Let us all stay alert and protect ourselves from these scams and scammers.
