Mati Water District formally launched its “Adopt a School Program” on June 1, 2026, in support of the Brigada Eskwela for School Year 2026–2027, with Badas Elementary School in Brgy. Badas, City of Mati as the beneficiary of this meaningful undertaking.

The activity was spearheaded by its General Manager Dr. Dominic A. Dispo, together with Chairman of the Board Dir. Saturnino D. Sibbaluca and Dir. Yvonne E. Razaga, representative of the Education Sector in the Board of Directors of Mati Water District. The ceremonial turnover of office supplies and equipment was witnessed by Dr. Shirley C. Ybañez, Principal IV of Badas Elementary School, along with teachers, parents, students, alumni, and other stakeholders of the school community.

Through this initiative, Mati Water District reaffirms its commitment to education, community development, and corporate social responsibility. By supporting Brigada Eskwela, the District hopes to contribute to the creation of a more conducive learning environment for learners while strengthening partnerships among government agencies, schools, and the community.

Mati Water District extends its sincere appreciation to the administration of Badas Elementary School and all stakeholders for their warm welcome and active participation in making this activity a meaningful success.
