3rd Quarterly Meeting

The Region XI Cooperative Development Council (RCDC XI) successfully commenced its 3rd Quarterly Meeting with a meaningful Courtesy Visit to the Provincial Governor of Davao Oriental, Hon. Nelson L. Dayanghirang.

During the visit, Governor Dayanghirang warmly welcomed the RCDC XI delegates and expressed his support for initiatives that strengthen the cooperative sector and promote inclusive economic development in the region.

The event also featured the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected RCDC XI Officers, administered by Governor Dayanghirang.

The RCDC XI extends its heartfelt gratitude to Governor Nelson L. Dayanghirang and the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental for their warm hospitality, continued support, and steadfast partnership in empowering cooperatives and uplifting communities.

In celebration of Arbor Day and as part of the observance of the International Day of Cooperatives, the City Cooperative Development Office (CCDO), together with the Mati City Cooperative Development Council, successfully conducted a Tree Planting and Clean-up Drive on July 4, 2026 at CMEEC, Guang-guang, Mati City, Davao Oriental.

Guided by the cooperative principle of Concern for Community, the activity brought together various primary cooperatives in the City of Mati to help protect the environment and promote a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of this meaningful activity. Together, we are not just planting trees, we are cultivating hope, strengthening unity, and creating a lasting legacy for future generations.

On June 4, 2026, the Region XI Cooperative Development Council successfully conducted its 2nd quarterly meeting in Davao City.

Among the key agenda highlights were the Election of Officers, the Presentation of the Calendar of Activities for CY 2026, and the Presentation of the revised Manual of Policies.

We would like to express our warmest congratulations to Mr. Amado IV S. Francisquete, the City Cooperative Development Officer of the LGU City of Mati, on retaining the chairmanship of RCDC XI. Your continued leadership and commitment to advancing the cooperative movement in the Region are truly commendable.

Also present during the meeting were Mr. Marlon Magno, Chairperson of the Mati City Cooperative Development Council and Ms. Rosafiel Batingana, Provincial Cooperative Development Officer of Davao Oriental. Your presence and active participation further strengthen the collaborative efforts of cooperative stakeholders across the region.

Pinaagi niini, mahatagan og dugang higayon ang mga taxpayers nga makapangandam sa ilang mga dokumento ug makabayad sa saktong oras nga walay penalty. Kini nga lakang gihimo aron mamenusan ang palas-anon sa katawhan taliwala sa krisis sa Middle East ug sa pagsaka sa presyo sa lana.

Sugod karong adlawa, Abril 13, 2026, ipatuman na sa People’s Administration ang 4-Day Work Week alang sa tanang empleyado sa lokal nga panggamhanan sa Mati. Subay kini sa Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114 ug DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-023 alang sa istriktong pagdaginot og enerhiya sa mga opisina sa gobyerno.

Ubos sa Memorandum Order No. 035 nga gipagula ni Mayor Joel Mayo Almario, ang bag-ong compressed work schedule ipahigayon gikan Lunes hangtod Huwebes, sugod alas 8:00 sa buntag hangtod alas 7:00 sa gabii. Sakop niini ang tanang regular, Job Order (JO), ug Contract of Service (COS) nga mga empleyado aron makompleto ang 40 ka oras nga trabaho matag semana.

Magpabilin ang operasyon sa mga opisina nga naghatag og mahinungdanong serbisyo sama sa seguridad, panglawas, emergency response, merkado, terminal, ug slaughterhouse. Kini nga lakang gihimo aron magarantiya ang episyente nga paggamit sa resources sa siyudad dungan sa pagpabilin sa accountability ug transparency sa serbisyo publiko. | CIO

Ipatuman sa People’s Administration ang usa ka Special Flexible Work Arrangement alang sa mga trabahante sa City Hall sugod karong Abril 6 hangtod Abril 10, 2026, subay sa Memorandum Order No. 034. Pinaagi sa People’s Administration, tumong niini nga mapakunhod ang konsumo sa enerhiya ug gasolina taliwala sa kasamtangang krisis, samtang gisiguro nga padayon ang pag-atiman sa mga kinahanglanon sa matag Matinian.

Ubos sa bag-ong schedule, abli ang City Hall sugod alas 8:00 sa buntag hangtod alas 6:30 sa gabii karong Abril 6, samtang alas 7:30 sa buntag hangtod alas 6:30 sa gabii sa Abril 7 ug 8. Karong Biyernes, Abril 10, ipatuman ang Work-from-Home (WFH) setup gikan alas 8:00 hangtod alas 10:30 lamang sa buntag.

Magpabilin nga regular on-site ang mga essential frontline services sama sa health, emergency response, seguridad, ingon man ang operasyon sa public market, terminal, ug slaughterhouse. Day 1 of the 8-day Certification Program for Cooperative Development Officers (CDOs)

The program marks the commencement of an intensive 8-day certification training designed to equip Cooperative Development Officers (CDOs) with the necessary competencies to effectively facilitate mandatory cooperative trainings.
