LOOK: The City Assessor's Office of Mati, led by City Assessor Mr. Alexander L. Arles, REA, MPA, officially received a copy of the newly approved 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 (𝗟𝗔𝗠) from the Department of Finance - Bureau of Local Government Finance (DOF-BLGF) Region XI, represented by Ms. Karla Psalms M. Cayan, REA, LAOO III, today, July 16, 2026.

This newly approved manual will serve as a vital guide in enhancing our local assessment practices, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in our services for the people of Mati.

The City Assessor's Office had the honor of hosting the Monday morning's flag ceremony, bringing together to start the week with unity and purpose.

The primary mandate of our office is to discover, classify, value and assess all properties within the city to establish an equitable basis for local real property taxation.
