The People’s Administration through the City Human Resource Management and Development Office (CHRMDO) started the three-day Gender Sensitivity, Values Enhancement, and Transformation Seminar (GS-VETS) today, July 14, 2026, at the Sambuokan Hall.

150 Administrative Aides, Assistants, and Officers of the respective offices of LGU Mati participated in the activity which will last until July 16.

The seminar aims to strengthen good behavior, gender sensitivity, and positive relationships in the workplace. Through lectures and interactive activities, it is expected to further improve the quality of service and promote respect for everyone within City Hall. | CIO

Gisugdan na sa People’s Administration ang actual site validation ug delineation alang sa pagatukoron nga MFGR Park and Baywalk Extension, dungan sa Mati Fishport Complex Reclamation Project. Ang maong lakang kabahin sa open space development plan ni Mayor Joel Mayo Almario aron makuha ang saktong sukod sa yuta alang sa pormal nga pagplano.

Kini subay sa gipahigayon nga coordination meeting niadtong Hunyo 23, 2026, diin gihan-ay ang mga estratehiya aron ang maong proyekto makahimo og usa ka waterfront destination.

Aron masiguro ang saktong linya sa konstruksyon, hiniusang nagpahigayon og technical assessment ang mga representante gikan sa CPDO, City Engineering, City Housing, City Assessor, ug CDRRMO, uban ni Engr. Fidela Bisen. Ilang gisuta ang palibot aron matino kon unsa nga mga dapit ang posibleng maapektuhan sa proyekto.

Makabaton na og dugang pinansyal nga proteksyon ang mga Job Order (JO) ug Contract of Service (COS) nga trabahante sa LGU Mati kini human pormal nga gipirmahan sa People’s Administration ug PAG-IBIG Fund ang usa ka Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) karong adlawa, Hunyo 3, 2026.

Pinaagi sa maong kasabutan, makatagamtam na ang mga nahisgutang empleyado sa mga programa sa PAG-IBIG, lakip na ang kahigayonan nga maka-avail sa nagkalain-laing housing ug loan packages.

Kabahin kini sa tinguha ni Mayor Joel Mayo Almario nga mahatagan og saktong pagtagad ang kaayohan sa tanang nagserbisyo sa katawhan, regular man o contractual ang status sa trabaho.

Nagpadayag og dakong pasalamat ang Mayor sa PAG-IBIG Fund sa paghatag niini nga kahigayonan.
