April 13–14, 2026 | 15th Special Forces Company & CMAB (Reserve), AFPRESCOM Conduct 2-Day Medical Outreach in Mauban, Quezon

MAUBAN, QUEZON — The 15th Special Forces- Conqueror Company, under the leadership of CPT Jerryl Subol, Commanding Officer, in partnership with the Civil military affairs brigade (Reserve), AFP Reserve Command led by LTC Rachelle G. Franco, together with TSg Shirley C. De Leon, successfully conducted a two-day Medical Outreach Program in Brgy. Cagsiay III and Brgy. Sadsaran.

The activity aimed to deliver essential healthcare services to underserved communities while supporting public health and community development initiatives. Services provided included free medical consultations with medicines, dental services, circumcision, free haircut, feeding program, and distribution of food packs, clothes, slippers, children’s toys, and loot bags.

A total of 2,075 beneficiaries were served during the two-day activity—highlighting the significant impact of the program on the local community.

This successful initiative was made possible through the guidance of LTC Alberto D. Balatbat, Commanding Officer of 4th Special Forces Battalion, and through the collaborative efforts of various stakeholders: Civil Military Affairs Brigade (Reserve), 85th Infantry Sandiwa Battalion, volunteer medical professionals, the Municipality of Mauban, Quezon under Mayor Ninong Erwin Pastrana, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Sadsaran (Hon.Rosenette M. Lapiña) and Cagsiay III (Hon. Wengelito H. Balce), Barangay Tanods, Sadsaran Health Station, Barangay Health Workers of Sadsaran and Cagsiay III, 4K - MAUBAN Sadsaran, Bantay Dagat led by Romualito Rustria, and partner organizations QUEZON Power (Philippines) Limited Co., and Enervantage Suppliers Co., Inc.

This outreach reflects the unwavering commitment of the 15th Special Forces Company and its partners in strengthening civil-military relations and promoting nation-building through genuine service to the people.
