1. Candidates may file their Certificate of Candidacy (COC) either as: (a) a political party composed of students from the same school or from different schools; or (b) an independent candidate.
2. Filing of candidacy shall be conducted online through the official application platform within the prescribed filing period.
3. Filing of candidacy shall be until July 31, 2026.
4. Only candidates who meet all eligibility requirements and have submitted correct and complete documentary requirements shall be included in the official ballot.

1. The competition is open to all Maubanin youth aged 15 to 30 years old as of the date of the competition.
2. Participants must be bona fide residents of the Municipality of Mauban, Quezon.
3. Contestants may perform any music genre, including pop, ballad, R&B, folk, OPM, or classical. Rap performances, rock, and spoken-word pieces are not allowed.
4. Songs may be performed in English or in Filipino.
5. Auditions will be conducted from July 28 to July 30, 2026, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Camp Management Office.
6. Only contestants who successfully pass the audition shall qualify for the Final Competition.
