𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮, successfully facilitated 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄: 𝐀 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 at the 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨. This initiative is a strategic effort to equip our young Maubanins with the discernment and accountability required to navigate essential life choices. By addressing these vital issues, we are fostering a culture of informed decision-making that ensures our youth remain focused on their personal and academic aspirations.

​On 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐈 and 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐈𝐈 displayed a remarkable spirit of unity by co-hosting 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘 at 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧, 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐈, 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐧, 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧. This seminar on 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲, initiated by the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗟𝗬𝗗𝗢) under the leadership of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗨. 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮, serves as a proactive platform to sharpen the decision-making skills of our youth, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate life’s challenges and remain focused on their personal and academic growth. By reinforcing these values, we are cultivating a community where every young person is capable of making upright and life-affirming decisions.

On 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the youth of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐚𝐨, 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧, and 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧 gathered at 𝐁𝐚𝐚𝐨 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 to participate in 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐞: 𝐀 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲. Their sincere focus on youth welfare has been essential in the seamless continuation of this municipality-wide mission.

​By ensuring the uninterrupted progress of Project RISE, our local government remains steadfast in its aim to provide the next generation with essential life skills to navigate the challenges of teenage pregnancy and drug awareness. We believe that an informed and driven youth is the backbone of a progressive Mauban; through this ongoing seminar series, we are building a foundation of accountability and purpose for every young Maubanin.

Under the visionary and people-centered mandate of the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗻, led by our dedicated Municipal Mayor, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘄𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖. 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮, and the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, headed by 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠. 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗮, we continue to champion programs that safeguard the future of our citizens. In line with the administration’s unwavering commitment to holistic community development and the total well-being of the youth, the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗟𝗬𝗗𝗢) - 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗻, under the leadership of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗨. 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮, proudly presents: "𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲." This extensive initiative is a unified effort to reach every barangay in our municipality, officially launching in close collaboration with 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘄𝗮𝘆, headed by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼 𝗣. 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗱𝗼, and the Sangguniang Kabataan, led by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮, on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, at 𝐋𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥.

This program is made possible through the initiative of 𝙎𝙆 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝘼𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙖, who requested this seminar to be conducted in their barangay, to benefit their fellow youth. Project RISE serves as a proactive platform to educate our youth on 𝗧𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Our goal is to cultivate a resilient and informed generation by providing them with the necessary tools to make accountable and healthy life choices, ensuring that every young Maubanin is empowered and well-educated as they reach their full potential, driven by passion and purpose.
