Here are some libraries and organizations that provide FREE and downloadable Filipino eBooks. See comment below for the links.

I noticed that many free "online libraries" that were compiled or created during the pandemic are sadly inaccessible now. I feel like organizations and libraries who create digital library initiatives should plan for longevity and in some cases, the project will stop if the person involved or those maintaining it are no longer with the project or have stopped working in the organization.

To access the ebooks in Wiley Academic Books (VitalSource)
1. Select E-books l Wiley Academic Books (Vital Source)
2. Important note: On the landing page, click the continue without an account link to proceed.
3. Select a book you wish to read and click on the Borrow button.

We are pleased to inform you that, through the 40% share of collected fines for the last semester, the SSC Officers have generously supported our library by providing two (2) tablets (Honor Pad) for student use. 🎉

Starting March 16, 2026, the ESSU – Maydolong Library will follow a 4-Day Workweek Schedule

🕒 Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hurry up, Book loans are now extended from 3 days to 1 week.

Even when the library is closed, you can still learn anytime through our online resources. Just visit and follow this page to message us and for access to our library databases.
