MPYA is a local youth-led organization under the Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP) of the Department of Social Welfare & Development ( DSWD) and also an accredited organization under DSWD. Founded last May 18, 2015 and with its partners the Local Government, CSO's, International Development Agencies, NGO's and especially the Youth that aims to assist youth in developing their capacities to engage and a

dvocate Youth related policies, isauances & laws & to empower them in seeking higher Youth representation in different offices of the government, international development agencies & other key stakeholders.
