REASON: Frequent tripping (shutting off) of submersible pump caused by low voltage power

Our team is closely monitoring the situation. Restoration of normal water service will resume once power stabilizes.

WATER SERVICE ADVISORY!

Please be informed that there will be a scheduled water service at the Curva Pumping Station, effective today, November 11, 2025

Affected Areas:
Parts of Barangay Curva – Laray, Ybañez, Manoling

Water Supply Schedule:
From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily, until further notice.

This schedule is being implemented to share water with areas that are barely receiving water due to the damages sustained by our Tank.

We encourage all affected consumers to store enough water while supply is still available.

Please be informed that our Power Transformer supplying Tanke Pumping Station was struck by lightning at around 07:30 pm on November 07, 2025 (Friday).

AFFECTED AREAS:
Barangay Poblacion – Tanke, Guiwanon, Tawagan, Kalye Rizal, San Isidro, Tondo, Baybay, Municipal Hall, Sta. Cruz, Planta, Sto. Niño, Dockside

Water Supply will be generator-driven from 3:00 am to 7:00 pm daily until CEBECO Power is restored.

We kindly advise all affected consumers to store enough water while supply is still available.

EMERGENCY WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION!!!

Date of Interruption: November 7, 2025 (Friday)

Time: Around 7:00 PM

Affected Areas:
Barangay Poblacion – Tanke, Guiwanon, Tawagan, Kalye Rizal, San Isidro, Tondo, Baybay, Municipal Hall, Sta. Cruz, Planta, Sto. Niño, Dockside

Reason:
The main power supply at the Tanke Pumping Station was struck by lightning, causing a temporary shutdown of water operations.

Our technical team has coordinated with CEBECO II to restore power and resume normal water service at the soonest possible time.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

However, technical and operations personnel will remain on standby to respond urgent operational concerns.
