As part of its unwavering commitment to advancing quality and inclusive education, the Barangay Officials of Barangay Antipolo, led by Punong Barangay Hon. Amadin B. Moralde together with Hon. Julius Kevin Yaun, Chairperson of the Committee on Education, formally turned over a printer to the Alternative Learning System (ALS), represented by Mr. Jephunneh Ybanez, ALS Teacher.

This initiative reflects the barangay's continued dedication to supporting ALS by providing essential resources that will enhance the delivery of learning services and contribute to a more effective teaching and learning environment. The donated printer will serve as a valuable tool in the preparation of instructional materials and other learning resources for ALS learners.

Barangay Antipolo proudly recognizes the successful participation of Barangay Treasurer Mrs. Janet Dela Pisa and Barangay Secretary Mr. John Kester Yurag in the Two-Day Skills Enhancement Training for Barangay Secretaries and Barangay Treasurers: Strengthening Competence, Accountability, and Excellence in Barangay Governance, together with the Performance Evaluation and Review of Pertinent Documents to Sustain Drug-Cleared Barangays, held on July 16โ€“17, 2026.

Successful Distribution of Food Boxes under the DSWD Food-for-Work Program

Barangay Antipolo successfully conducted the distribution of food boxes to the Purok Officers from all 20 puroks as beneficiaries of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Food-for-Work Program.

The beneficiaries completed two (2) days of community service, which included coastal clean-up and declogging activities in various areas of the barangay, particularly in Sitio Lahug and Baybay. These activities demonstrate the commitment of our Purok Officers to environmental protection, disaster risk reduction, and the promotion of a cleaner and safer community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Barangay Officials headed by Hon. Amadin Moralde, the representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region VII and our MSWDO Head, Mrs. Janice Sumalinog, for their invaluable support and partnership in the successful implementation of this program.

The Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) Chief of Tanod and Head of the Barangay Health Workers (BHW), together with our Barangay Officials, successfully participated in the Orientation on the Basics of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) for Members of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committees (BRRMCs) held today at San Remigio Beach Club.

The orientation provided valuable knowledge and insights on disaster preparedness, risk reduction, and effective community-based disaster management. This activity further strengthens the capacity of Barangay Antipolo in promoting safety, resilience, and readiness in times of emergencies and disasters.
