📢 EARLY DISMISSAL OF CLASSES
In view of PAGASA Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 2 and to ensure the safety of all learners, Mayor Edwin L. Salimbangon has ordered the early dismissal of classes at all levels, both public and private, in the Municipality of Medellin, effective 2:50 PM today, July 31, 2026.
Parents and guardians are advised to fetch their children as soon as possible and exercise extra caution while traveling. School officials are likewise requested to ensure the safe and orderly dismissal of all students.
The public is encouraged to remain vigilant, monitor official weather advisories, and take the necessary precautions as continuous heavy rainfall may cause flooding, especially in low-lying and flood-prone areas.
